CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost of your service or treatment will be charged. If you think you have symptoms of Covid 19 and have to stay at home this will not be enforced as we want you to stay safe and not come into the salon. The booking fee will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give us 48 hours notice. If we have your mobile number you will receive a text message 2 days before your appointment, so if it has slipped your mind or you can’t make it, this gives you the nudge to ring us to cancel. It is very difficult to fill appointments at late notice, but if we do we will not keep your booking fee. If you do need to cancel, please give us a call or use on online booking system. Please don’t text, email or put a message on social media.

BOOKING FEES

A booking fee of 30% of the total service will be taken at the point of booking. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment. For repeated last minute cancellations or no shows we will require full payment upfront for future appointments.
